To change the printers IP address, type the current IP address in the address bar of a web browser. Then -go to the Settings or Network page and change your printer’s network to a static/manual IP address. Finally, type in the new IP address.

Note: ensure that the printer is connected to the same- network as the computer.
Enter the printer’s username and password, if required. If you are yet to set a password for your printer,then you can try using “admin” as the Username box space and leave the Password box space blank-.

Go to your printer’s Setting / Network page.
then Select Configure IP Address. You can as well search for TCP / IP or IP configuration also on the page.
next is to Change your network from automatic/dynamic then to static/manual IP.
Key in the IP address you want to make use of for the printer. Now, when the printer is already connected to the computer, it will automatically be assigned to this IP- address.

To change the printers IP address on a Mac,First go to System Preferences ; Printers and Scanners. Then press Options and Supplies and type a new IP- address in the box next to the Location-.

Click the Apple icon in the upper- left corner of the screen.
Then select System the Preferences.
Then, click Printers and the Scanners.
Then click the Options and Supplies.
Finally, change the IP- address of the printer in the box- next to Location and click OK.
